I thought it was inappropriate in fairness. He put his hand on the back of her neck, and that was after remonstrating with her so could easily be construed as aggressive. It wasn’t in the end but still inappropriate and awkward.

It’s a good thing that officials aren’t supposed to be touched as where do you draw the line.

His arm was clearly around her shoulder - there was nothing in the slightest that could be considered aggressive in what he did - I do agree it was inapropriate and awkward though.

Agreed. And I think Massey has worked her way up and deserves to be doing what she’s doing. I think her MBE in 2017 for services to football is a bit silly, but aren’t all MBE’s?
