Similar to last season where they didn’t replay Salah’s goal, but afterwards from stills we saw it was offside
The attempt by Thiago to finish Ilkay's career also went strangely unnoticed by our national broadcaster's pundits. Edited out of the highlights too.

I was led to believe that Thiago was a player to be admired. Since he came to Liverpool all he's done is kick people.

It's noticeable how far off the speed he is playing midfield in prem. A lot of the scousers believed his hype. They may get away with him when the two go back in from defence but at the moment, without cover teams should be targeting him

Oh no , he's done more than that ! He's spent a lot of time pointing his fingers, bitching at refs , fouling and become the master of the "Stray" pass to the opposition. He's been busy screwing up for the Scouse.

Big Ed ran the full length of the pitch to celebrate Foden’s goal. Amazing how many players we have that detest Liverpool.

EDIT: actually they were all on the bus. They remember.

Big Ed is a legend for that. Said it before but will keep on saying it, the harmony and togetherness in the squad is unreal. Earlier in the campaign it looked like we were a team of individuals at times. Now we are back as a family. Fucking superb to see

Couple of observations

1. When Fabinho cleared after the first blunder did anyone notice the quality of Oleks first time pass? Mint

2. When Bernie intercepted the second blunder look at winaldums lack of recovery. Embarrassing “defending”

What about these - missing when there is a poor Joan, but on the MCFC.CO.UK website in the highlights.

First goal , Goalie kicks Gündo in the neck, even though goal was sorted - he didn't need to carry on with his boot - but he did.

Penalty to Scouse, Salah hadn't even hit the floor and Oliver was blowing his whistle - he couldn't wait to blow..

Salah dived. And more importantly had Diaz not held on to his arm - albeit very mildly , Salah had kicked the ball too far and mostly likely John Stones would have cleared the lines.

Phil's goal, classic shot off the dribble move to the side and shoot without trying to walk the ball into the net.

Sterling leaving TAA standing like a mill chimney for the 2nd goal was immense.

Exactly the reason he threw himself but also worth noting it's the reason Dias didn't get red.

I saw an article in the Echo blaming the loss on City’s bench. They shouldn’t have been cheering when we scored...

I noticed the unnecessary kick in the head too, there should have been retrospective action for that one

Absolutely noticed that from Zinny - brilliant from him , didn't put a foot wrong all night. Saw him get across and make a key clearance on the right at one point. His best game at left back for us , him over Mendy any time

Be fair to them, they have a point. As soon as Gabby came on, Blunderland promptly started passing to anyone in Blue.
