In 5 seasons City/Pep has spent £550m
In 5 season Rags have spent £500m and not won one league title.

Don't forget wages, in 16/17/18 there they've spent £90m more than City.

Brilliant - sent on to the father in law who always moans about City spending money.

Mase wrote:BBC at it this morning, in our pre-match write up.

“ City, who have won two Premier League titles, one FA Cup and three League Cups under Guardiola, have made several big-money signings during the Spaniard's tenure - with £65m defender Ruben Dias the most recent arrival in September.

Riyad Mahrez, Aymeric Laporte, Joao Cancelo, Rodri, Benjamin Mendy and John Stones have all also arrived for fees in excess of £50m.”

Stones didn’t cost us more than £49 million, but why let the truth get in the way of a good story?

Dias actually cost us 62m (media 65m)
Stones 47.5m (media over 50m)
Laporte 57m ( media 60m)
Cancelo 27.4m + Danilo (media 60m)

That's a shocking desparity of 41m...
What bugs me the most is the Cancelo deal, we didn't pay 60m, the deal is worth 60m, what matters we paid 27.4m.
I'm not mentioning Mendy, it's depressing to think how much we paid for that buffoon
