I think Sturridge did not play for the last year and a half or so, right?

I remember how he went, sure, but could anyone blame him at that moment?
Look at Kaka, saw his interview while waiting to see the game between Brazil vs Argie and he spoke about the offer and he seemed if he had to do it all over again he would have signed for us.

I respect Sturridge because he scored a few against us and never celebrated or didn't act like a clown trying to prove something.
Sad that the injuries got the better of him.
