Just a theory. And also at Maine Road the bars inside the stadium stayed open for about an hour after full time as well. My parents stayed to chat with the same people every week after the match for an hour until the traffic had died down.
I’m not sure why, but at the Etihad the bars are closed after half-time. They should just keep them open (like they did when we first moved there) for a bit after the match and let people stay.
City Square might be open but if it’s pissing it down there’s nowhere to go.
Have you ever passed this feedback to the club. Next time I get one or those surveys from them I'm going to mention it

I’ve mentioned it to the stewards, actually when we moved from Maine Road the steward that was in our section in the Kippax was given our section at CoMS as well. She left after a couple of years unfortunately, but we’d mentioned it to her once they stopped leaving the bars open in the stadium. Never got an answer on why they stopped it apart from the stewards saying, “we want to get home”.

Kevin's form is a real worry, he's been very poor. Hasn't been right since the injury at the fucking euros rubbish.
That charlatan of an manager martinez. Aghhhh total idiot. But kev must take the blame as well playing injured. For fuck sake.
He should not start in the derby, those misplaced passes and sloppiness in his game could cost us against the rags who will 100% sit wait for a mistake and counter attack. Its all they know and we need to control and retain the ball better.
We should start Gundo, Rodri and Bernie in the derby.

You can be sure he will be played in all of the Belgium games during the next international break aswell while Hazard will again be rested. Was hoping that he would play himself into form when coming back and not having a preseason but for him to be the player that’s sacrificed yesterday would have been unthinkable this time last year. Agree on the midfield 3 for the swamp it worked very well at Brighton

My simplistic 2 cents on early leavers: The fans who leave early are there for their own entertainment whereas the ones who stay are there to support the team.

I think that to some football isn’t everything. I know if I was there yesterday and we were playing like that and had just gone two nil down I’d have left. I can go home and spend time with my daughter and pregnant wife rather than just sit there for an extra 5 minutes getting angry. Football isn’t life for me. I know to some that’s all they have so that’s fair enough. I wouldn’t go to a party, realise it’s absolutely dog shit but choose to stay until every one had left.

Would the party have digital invites?

I was thinking a swingers party specifically, but you turn up and towards the end of the party just before the keys are put in the bowl you realise everyone is minging and leave.
