did you see jack with the young lass in a wheelchair

anybody see what jack did when he went through reception yesterday, a young lass in a wheelchair wanted to see him and not only signed a shirt but went round the desk to give her a hug and she burst out crying
its on tick toc and on his Twitter account but i haven't got a clue how to put it on here any help please
