You cannot predict anything about our champions league progression until an hour before kickoff and team selection made public.

At 15:25 on Sunday I was confident of a home win, then at 15:31 my hopes were dashed

I do not expect brainfarts, to be honest.

I think something changed with us after the game with Dortmund, better said, in the second half after they were one up. We broke that ”fucking things up” mentality.
Also, I think we are the team that has the biggest advantage after they changed the away goal rule.

I think we are going to win tomorrow.

The Chelsea final was after the Dortmund game PP. Brain fart central that final.

I know but still was a final. Under Pep I felt we were stuck in the quarter-finals.
I don't think that now.

I am not so sure. With Pep I am not convinced that he can resist.

Tough one that HDS. Real aren’t the side they were and their midfield is creaking it’s that old. But Benzema is a quality forward and they just seem to have a knack of producing their best performances in the CL. To be honest I think we are better than both sides and think we would progress against either outfit, all things being equal with injuries etc.

But I think the media overload with an all English semi would be added pressure and of course there’s the small matter of last years final thrown into the mix. So on that basis I’d prefer Madrid. And of course, it’s odds on to be them. It would take a massive turnaround for Chelsea to progress from losing the home leg 3-1

I like your evaluation and agree Madrid would be better, assuming we get through of course.

Yes of course. I meant to add assuming we go through. Not taking anything for granted

They should be. With Bayern cracking up they can rest their players in the semis and they can easily book hotels for the final already

While the other side is wide open who might get there
