It is always dangerous to prevent people from speaking their mind. I don't have any problem with anyone posting rubbish on this site.

I am not obliged to respond to every daft comment that pops up.

I only know what works for me and in the past i have tried to remain very fit , physically. I run marathons and play football and when allowed time, squash.

It works for me , might not work for Harry Dowd though, who knows ? perhaps not if it doesn't he can always stop. My thinking is , if i can avoid taking a tablet then i will do that.

Discussion should be encouraged , even if the argument is based on false premises. I would love to sit down with Simeone , the guys's a fekking nutter. I would love to wind the git up no end. Probably wont get the chance , but i would jump at the opportunity, the guy's a weasel .
