Final PL Games Sunday May 22

Well this is it, the final game, apart from our game and the dippers of course, the other games with jeopardy are the relegation games at Brentford v Leeds and the Burnley v Barcodes, you would think Burnley would be favourites to stay up, but stranger things have happened. Then there is the Wenger trophy, ironically it should be spurs that win that trophy, they couldn’t fuck up at Norwich could they?

All kick off at 4pm

Arsenal v Everton

Brentford v Dirty Leeds

Brighton v West Ham

Burnley v Barcodes

Chelsea v Watford

Palace v Ralfs ragnecks

Leicester v Saints

Horrible dippers v Wolves Sly

Champions v Villa Sly

Norwich v Kane’s trophy dodgers

Their fans at Maine Road in the 90s last game of the season when we put them down by beating them 3-2 were fantastic. Be nice for them to have a few happy days for a change. Nothing against Wycombe, like.

One of my favourite games. Like you say we won 3-2 and they were relegated but more importantly for us the win put us ahead of the rags in the league for the first time in years.

They brought thousands of fans that day and I reckon they were the loudest away support I ever saw at Maine Road. The roar when Gabbiadini scored was unbelievable

I was at that game, terrific atmosphere Gary Bennet who was on City’s books played for them, it was weird that season we seemed to play relegation threatened teams a few weeks on the trot, the other game I remember was v Derby County, Tony Coton was sent off, Niall Quinn went in goal and save the penalty off Dean Saunders, we won that game too

Another great memory there HDS

The roar when Quinn saved the penner was as loud as it was for the goal he scored! Cracking side we had then

Was talking to a lad yesterday who said he wanted them to lose as they'd always remember them for that day. Nice that is still hurts

Lovely. The six-fingered letter-signers are gone. Good riddance until they change owners.

One less american owned club to try and wreck our football pyramid.
