We can play with either, we can play with both, we can also resort to last seasons "false 9" if we have to.

My only fear is that someone will 'Keane' Haaland or Alaavarez at some point.

If you fast forward to 11m in MoTD, you'll hear Ashley Williams joke about this. It will undoubtedly cross some players minds.

i thought the same when Williams said it. Its already starting to get a bit snide with the how do you stop Haaland (never mind Alvarez) and such-like.
We have replaced great ckub servants in Sterling and Gabs and made a £30M profit in the bargain.
Front 3 last night all 22 and under, Palmer comes on and keeps things simple and the ball moving and then young Rico gets minutes. Difficult to keep our feet on the ground and there are going to be sterner tests but you've got to love being a blue even more - and I didnt think that was possible

Yes, last night I sat in Block 328 thinking, "I'm quite probably watching the best team in the world, ever" wondering if I had been transported to an alternative universe.
The fact that Alf Inge was a player when I first started watching City makes watching his son play this way with theee players even more special.
I'll probably wake up shortly, and read about how shite we are

alvarez is a world star in the making. absolutely love him. im praying he settles quickly and is happy with his role, even with haaland stealing the plaudits. have to wonder whether he thought he'd be our main striker when he signed back in jan (before haaland seemed a possibility)?
