Best friends make the worst enemies.
Seems to me like everyone is at fault, they all let it escalate and did not nip it in the bud despite being friends for ever.
Reyna's decision to release Berhalter’s son in MLS was the start of it seemingly.
If that was a professional decision, then Berhalter's actions of taking revenge on Reyna's 20 year old son at a WC was disgusting
(assuming it was not a professional decision) compounded by calling the 20 year old out for his immature reaction in public i.e. at the leadership conference.
Given the way her 20 year old son was being targeted by Berhalter, Mrs Reyna decided to go to war - understandable as her baby boy was targeted unfairly.
I think it is way to easy to say the Mum is a vindictive bitch, this is a complex story and a very sad one.
