Obviously disappointing that Stones isn’t trusted for 90. So many more matches to come though. Akanji nowhere near as good stepping into midfield but he won’t let anyone down. Walkers pace available to counter long ball threat in behind our defence.

No Stones could well be the biggest mistake. He's everything to our system. I'm a bit shocked he's done this to accommodate Walker, who must be suspect with his recent zero minutes.

Stones won't be fit enough, no doubt

He’s not doing it to accommodate Walker or anyone else. If Walker is fit his pace is a huge plus tonight. Clearly Stones isn’t regarded as fit for 90. It is what it is.

Walker is playing though, he’s not played for weeks and his game is just pace and that’s it. Worrying.

Walker didn’t do badly in the semi final last year against the same opponents. The lack of match sharpness might be an issue. He’s obviously worried about the long ball behind our defence. They used it repeatedly last week.

Isn't that your normal pre-match feeling?

Tell you what Blue Jam. We rarely lose so by definition your gloomy predictions are nearly always wrong. Does that not give you pause? Of course every now and then you’ll be right! Maybe tonight will be your ‘lucky’ night.

He's generally been a bit slower lately.

But I feel better when he's playing to be honest

It’s the right team to put out apart from stones not being in - which I think is a big risk from pep .

We should still win with that team

I would have Stones ahead of Dias.
Hopefully Kyle is fit.
Kevin missed last week, let's have a big game from him.
