So glad Wilcox isn’t with us anymore - anyone that can’t convince the manager that these kids are going to be decent needs to be fucked off. I used to think it was all on Pep, but the Academy Director needs to share some blame - he should be convincing the manager to give the ones that look like they might make it a decent chance.

And by all accounts, there’s people inside the Rags that don’t understand what Wilcox’s role is with them

I watched about 25 mins of Brighton game - after they were 1nul down. Thought they played well but looking at the score, guessing they fell apart in 2nd half. All in all, we've immediately got 2 of the 3 points back on the murderers so that's not too shabby
