Bernardo class yesterday. Did what he was told to do and that was never beat your man, miss a sitter, hoof the ball up in a panic. Wonder if he’ll sign a new deal?

In regards to Bernardo, or any other player for that matter, the question to be asked is, if they were performing the same as they are at another club, would we want to sign them?

And there are at least 6 players that we have that I'd suggest fall into this category. Replacing all in one window is unrealistic but we need at least 3 to be moved on in the summer

In an ideal world then yes. But to honestly replace that many in one window is just not very likely and the subsequent season would be very difficult with so many new players

XI | Ortega Moreno, Lewis, Reis, Ake, O’Reilly, Gundogan, De Bruyne (C), McAtee, Bernardo, Grealish, Foden

SUBS | Ederson, Dias, Marmoush, Haaland, Doku, Nico, Gvardiol, Savinho, Nu

I would keep 3 of the starting 11 the rest can go for me

That would be an absolutely stupid thing to do, remove one ot two pieces from the jigsaw and replace them.

Ortega gundogan Kev bernado grealish are done. Ake made of glass. Lewis mcatee we’ve let better academy grads go. Hoping Foden just on a bad run and not doing a Stephen Ireland

They may well be done but slowly , slowy change, as contracts run down ( and they are ) replace as needed. However should we get offers for players then take them. Look at the rags , they need an entire squad and new concept of playing. That is not going to happen overnight, not in Whiskey nose's lifetime for sure.

I think Bernie is close to being dead physically. I think he was the most used player we have.

I am a big fan of his and I agree he should go, but he is one of the last issues we have. Stones, Ake, players that are never available when you need them vs Bernie I would take a poor Bernie 7 out of 7 days of the week.
He always gaved his best, good or bad, and I respect that. Never hides.
