Really tough one but Ade gets it for me. Skill, power, pace, workrate & goals. All done with a smile & real joy for playing football. Wio beware.

Neddy for me too. Should be our first choice right back and hopefully he will keep his place for a while. Quicker and better in the air, with less rash tackles than Mad Frank, More intelligent than Richards.

Barry was superb, one of his best games of the season.

Ade and Barry showed us how they SHOULD be playing every single game - I've been impressed with Ade getting stronger and stronger the last few matches and I'm giving MoTM to him to encourage him to continue - he can almost single-handedly get us fourth in this form.

Thought Barry was exceptional throughout - gave him the call over Tevez (don't you just love him)

Plenty of candidates anyway. Barry, Johnson, Ned, Bellamy and Tevez were all impressive but Ade was just outstanding, so he gets my vote. He's not shown that kind of desire in ages, but it's clear for everyone to see when he adds that to the natural ability he has, he can and does terrorise defenders. It's not just about his goals today...his movement, hold-up play, awareness and workrate were first class. Given that he's only played in 21 games (and been through the ordeal of a lifetime), 13 goals and 3 assists is a really good return I reckon and I'm looking forward to seeing how he gets on with an uninterrupted run next season. The last time he played all season, two years ago, he scored 30 goals for Arsenal- no reason he can't repeat that.

That post made me smile Eoin...a lot. Justthe thought of Tevez ans Ade hitting around 30 goals each, plus contributions from other players...and now we have goal poacher Ned...It could be like an arobics class at CoMS with all the jumping up and down for us. I can hardly wait.
I voted Barry. He was sheer class. The thing is that he just went about his job efficiently and effectively. Hardly put a foot wrong with or without the ball...and he did it all without creating any fuss...great game today.

Went for Ade. Won 1 pen and scored 2 good goals. Starting to justify his dosh a bit and silence any doubters. But I agree Barry was excellent too.

Ned for me, how Tevez could claim that goal is daylight robbery, but i don't blame him.
