Can you actually remember whenwe had any games towards the end of any season that were meaningfull. Other than those seasons we were in a relegation dogfight?
We will pprobably finish 5th, we have actually won a place in Europe on merit rather than being good boys, for the 1st time since 197...wheneveritwas.
We fought to the 2nd last game of the season before we fell short, and we were not that far off being successful.

Totally agree. The glass is 95% full. We weren't very far off this year. We should be better for the experience next year.

In 1981 we went to the Cup Final
Since 1981 the highs have been few and far between. A few promotions, the First Division championship under KK, with Bernabia, Goater and Berkovic. The most important event was winning at Wembley in 1999.
Lets remember where we have been and compare that to where we are now!
This season should be reviewed in a positive way.
