I try to quantify as to why they send these questionaires out with the question "did the munes get a questionaire before they had the cup scheme imposed". Dammed if they do dammed if they don`t.

I gave the catering section both barrels, i reckon we shall see some changes if not next season, the season after.

Also, shame on the club for asking us what we want/need/what we're not happy with..........

I'd presume the Catering is run by Contractors who pay City a certain amount of money to take care of Pies & Pints for Blues needing some kind of sustinence and refreshment during the Match. They must be losing a fortune because people simply don't bother queueing.

There was speedpour at Wembley on Monday and the 02 Arena had mobile Vendors. Easy.

I would like to ask those from other countries and who also watch other sports, how their stadia experiences differ and what, if anything can we English fans benefit from.
I buy very little in the ground. I feel most stuff is grossly overpriced and available pre and post match outside at a cheaper price and better quality. Is this the case abroad?
Maybe I am cynical but i think this about the club (possibly) maximising services to increase income, rather than giving fans quality at a fair price.

It really concerns me that City are trying to plasticise everything about the Club. I'd expect these sorts of questions if I worked for McDonalds. The Ground has problems for me - but it needs to evolve slowly to become a home from home. Let us win things in it and make some history.

i have never agreed more with a statement than this.

Cheers. I suppose I thought from the heart and let it pour out. Personally, I think City are trying too hard after years of neglect.

I've met City Employees before and they've asked me about how I'd like to see the Club marketed to me. I couldn't answer. Supporting a Football Club is completely different to any other kind of money spending activity in my world. I don't need it marketing. I'm a lifelong Fan.

They should have kept it to just catering (Slated!!),the shop and ticket office.

All that shite about 'what would make you come to city more' and 'what would keep you from going to city' are bollox! Its football and id go if we were playing on a car park! (as long as the fuckin pies were nice!)

I have just completed the survey and it took me 30mins - becuase I was trying to give helpful feedback in the commentary areas

Must say I welcome the efforts of the club to take into account the views of fans - I give them the benefit of any doubt - and I think that it is the intention of our owners to be 'world class' in all aspects

Certainly as someone who dirve 4 hours to get there and faces a 4 hour drive back I am pleased to see their attempts to consider other things to do both pre and post natch to stop that massive congestion just before and after the game

I liked the survey

I think your experience/situation is key here mate. For me, I have no interest in getting to the ground a few hours earlier, nor hanging around afterwards. However for the considerable number of people who do have a bit of a journey it is right to consider these people a bit more, and offer them options other than getting here early and hanging around in the bowels of a stand, or sitting in a car park going nowhere for an hour after.

If the club gets this right, they could easily entice people from a further distance away, or even those who may want to bring their family a couple of times a season as a treat. As it seems that there are not currently enough fans from Manchester prepared to come on a regular enough basis to fill say a 60k capacity ground week in week out, or a 40k stadium on a European night with £10 tickets, this pre/post match facilities situation will be key in attracting those from further away - with the caveat

AS LONG AS THEY ARE PREPARED TO PAY THE HIGH PRICES
