I've always quite liked Lawro as a side-kick commentator. Midly amusing imo. Gotta be better than listening to the 'dogger' on Talk Sport.

It was Lawro that was originally insistent that this should have been a goal kick, despite the replay blatantly showing it coming off the German lad. He consistently calls it wrong and then either ignores the evidence of the replay or just bumbles on when he's proved wrong. I think he should maybe his eyes retested.

His drinking on an empty head quip was just about his best contribution of the entire world cup coverage to be fair, I almost smiled
