Heard Harry telling TalkSport that he prefers to get loan signings/Bosmans rather than splash cash on players. Please tell me if I'm wrong but didn't he spend around 50 mil when he took over Spurs (after them spending another 60 mil at the start of the season) and spend well over 30 mil last season?
