Article in the MUEN saying Sir Fungusface recons Scholes can play 'til he's 40. I really hope he does, along with Giggs & G*ry N*ville alongside new £7mil signing Harry Ramp, who should be starting to show his talent by then. With the advances in medical techniques perhaps a cybernetically enhanced Bobby Charlton could join them along with the re-animated corpse of Duncan Edwards (although that could prove too expensive)

United continue to have to lean on Scholes and Giggs, and are lucky the two of them have looked after themselves. The fact they are still pivotal figures for them at their ages also highlights they havent been replaced either due to United buying badly (eg Carick, Hop a long Hargreaves, Anderson) and then becoming skint and now shopping for tramps.

Sooner rather than later Scholes or Giggs legs will go, fact.
