Interesting slant to call it in favour of Liverpool.

For once, we were not typical City.

It kind of was typical City though eh - months of "City are DOOMED" stories, claiming we had fuck all money to pay anyone and were weeks away from administration then "actually, we've just been bought out by one of the world's wealthiest men".

it was crazy and yeah, sort of typical City. From depression to euphoria in few days.

Also, people who genuinely have money to run top end Premier League club don't fuck about with these deals. Sheik and Roman for example, they both just bought the clubs without too much desperate bargaining and started building the Club from day one. In fact, apparently, Sheik gave the Club money even before his deal with Frank was completed. That's how you do it when you are serious about the deal. These peasants trying to buy Scousepool all try to do some dodgy deals with third parties etc. If Sheik was buying them, do you think he'd do it like this? No. He'd give them their money and tell them to vanish.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I am trying to follow this whole thing but keep getting a bit lost - so can someone tell me what the likelihood of them still being docked 9 points is please?

Cheers, and shame. Although the way they're going at the moment they won't really need the deduction...
