18+7 means in their 25 man squad, only 7 have to go through an English academy for 3 years, they don't even have to be British. Fucking joke of a rule.

Nope, they have been watering down any homegrown rule for the last 30 years.

I think there was a Chelsea v Arsenal game a few years back with 22 foreign players on the park.

I have had a quick read through the rules and you are quite right, no rules were broken.

It does seem farcical that they can do this though. And people say we are killing the English game!?
