Off the field he appears a grounded, decent bloke and I think we're very lucky to have such a great player who's still very young.

Exactly how I feel about him mate, and in my book, should be considered for every game if fit. He works his nad's off and I prefer him to all other's in the left or right back spot. The way he approaches the game and his never say die attitude up and down the wing make him a far more useful player than the likes of Micah and Jerome.

Count me in, I think he's probably the most underrated even if everyone on here is singing his praises.

thought he was our best full back last season & haven't changed my view. In fact, he's got better at the attacking aspects and is more of a tgreat up front.

Gets no praise from the media, but that's just part of them ignoring us, as all the players are just over paid mercenaries who have no team spirit.

Was sitting there yesterday thinking that the argies must have some quality fullbacks for Zab to never get picked.

He's really improved, though I thought Micah had a really good game yesterday too.

I also thought Micah was good yesterday and think he has been excellent (bar the Sunderland) game all season. He does cop a lot of shit on hear and most of it is unwarranted as people still refer to his poor 08/09 form.

Zabba though has just improved outta sight because to be honest at the beginning of the season I just could not see him being anything more than a stop gap with injuries, instead he has just been absolutely superb.

Zabba is one of them players that every successful team needs. He has bags of energy, not afraid to be hurt, will pay anywhere he is asked and sheer will to win.

IMO he is up there with Kompany, DeJong, Tevez and Milner who would all run through a brick wall for City. These players just love playing football; if only Mario could gain their work rate he would already be in the top 5 players in the world, mind, he does have time on his hands.

With players like Zabba, the future is all blue.

On a sidenote, Zabba is a top human being, a friend of mine who works at The Christie says he comes in to visit the sick quite regularly without any of the fanfare that most players would demand.

He's certainly adapted to it very easily, but I think Mancini deserves a lot of credit for that, just as he does for the improved quality of Nige's passing.
Did anybody notice that it was Nige who floated an inch-perfect 30 yard diagonal crossfield pass to Johnson, just before he was taken down inside the box.

But as for Kolarov, I wouldn't rule him out just yet; he's something of a 'rough diamond' in EPL terms, and he's still shaking off the cobwebs.
I'm confident that he'll make the grade; again, with Mancini's help.

He was brought on as a sub. in the friendly against Ireland; his improved form with City is definitely being noticed.
