Though, Bosnians tend to pronounce it with accent on E in DžEko.

This is pretty accurate. When I speak the language, I have a distinctive Central Bosnian accent, and I'd put the stress on the 'e' in Dzeko (hence me writing it phonetically as 'Jay-koe'). My friends from Vojvodina put their stress on the 'o', though. I'd never thought about it until now!

Only problem is, that when people start pronouncing 'Jay-Koe' in their own accents, it will sound completely different to how you intended it, cos to their eternal general rubbishness, a lot of folk on here couldn't do a convincing central Bosnian accent to save their lives.

Tell a manc about someone called 'Jay Koe-, and he'd probably be expecting the rest of an Irishman's surname 'Yerwhat mate, Jake O'-what?'
