Ratings?

Been quiet on here tonight so throwing my two cents in...

Hart - 8 - some superb world class saves by Hart, prob MOM next to NDJ. Also loved "Joey do the Poznan"
Kolarov - 6 - Sound defensively and gets in good forward positions but needs to work on final ball
Lescott - 6 - Solid. Nearly gifted a goal with sloppy back pass which marks him down from otherwise good performance.
Kompany - 7 - Usual rock at the back. Nothing gets past this guy and he's so calm on the ball.
Boateng - 4 - I've tried not to get on his back but I am starting to wonder what Mancini sees in him. Cannot pass, out of position permanently and always gets beat by his man.
NDJ - 8 - Awesome. Quiet in the first 15 minutes but imposed himself on the game after that and won everything in the middle. Wish he had scored.
Barry - 7 - Solid performance by Gaz as usual
Yaya - 6 - He's like Wanchope sometimes. Infuriating one second and absolute class the next. I love his surging runs and he nearly scored what would of been goal of the season.
Silva - 7 - Started off very brightly and should of bagged a couple. Hes a joy to watch, does some amazing stuff and I fucking loved him trying to take on 6 Blackpool players in their box. Drifted out the game a bit before going off. When him and Tevez are in sync they are unplayable.
AJ - 7- Good goal and tormented their full back all day.
Tevez - 6 - Poor Carl. Everything he did today was top class other than his finishing.

Milner - 6
Zabs - 6
Paddy - 6

A bit generous to Kolarov in my opinion. I also thought Lescott did better than a 6 as well, despite the backpass.

cheers

I agree with most of those. Lescott should be higher. I think Boateng deserves a 5 and Silva maybe an 8. Silva is a football genius. The media is just beginning to realize how much talent he has.

Kolarov averaged a goal about every 14 games for Lazio. He's played 10 with us so far. So he's getting closer.
