Anti-City Press Bias

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Anti-City Press Bias

Has anybody read what this clown had to say? Looks like he's trying to out-Hayward Hayward
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/competitions/fa-cup/8249041/Leicester-City-2-Manchester-City-2-match-report.html
"Watching Sven-Goran Eriksson’s collection of diligent yeomen battling former protégé Roberto Mancini’s clutch of cultured superstars underscored how far their respective fates had diverged."
Clearly he didn't notice Jo and SWP were playing!

"on a weathered, pitted surface, the kind that makes all but the most skilful players look a little clumsy."
any fairminded person would say the pitch was 'a great leveller'; not to mention that the Leicester players were used to playing on it and that we're used to playing on a 'carpet'

"Manchester City were restricted to the lightning breakaway,"
All I can say is, I'm gobsmacked!!!!

In the words of Slim......... waaaaah waaaah waaaaah

What do you expect?

We had a shed load of multiple million pound players who couldn't beat Leicester. Our old managers team.

Expect much worse

The only way to shut the fuckers up is by winning, the price of a player dont mean shit, we could by paul konchesky from liverpool for 346 million and he would be still shit!

certain parts of the media are beginning to notice people are giving us an extremely hard time, it was always going to be a tough game there is not a massive diffrence of quality from the championship to the prem. only little diffrences but most championship teams will give a tough game to any prem team if its there cup final.

Without harts mistake we would of won it but we will do them over at ours, i dont see a big fooking problem. Only problem i saw was how off the pace SWP was especially if he wants to get out, he should of put a perfromance in. I dont care what anyone says the guy who had a wicked left foot swinging deadly balls into our box was hard to defend no matter how good you are. Thats why beckam would still cause havoc back in the prem. You cant defend those kind of balls, credit to them.

Clearly certain elements of the media are not looking at us very favourably but it has never really bothered us in the past. I can remember the night we played Mansfield in the Autoglass, the next day a certain "newspaper" showed pictures of empty seats in a stand that wasn't even open. This shit is not anything new.

However, instead of moaning about it on here, why not go to the games and shout your fuckin heads off in support of your team. This will a) take out your frustrations, and b) help shut the wankers up as you cheer your team to glory. Using the situation in a positive way will really, really get up their noses.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

The clown on talk sport reporting on the Chelsea match made me laugh. After it finished 7-0 he said "Chelsea have been threatening to do that to somebody for a few weeks now" - Yeah as 1 win in 9 would suggest.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Haha, big win at home against a struggling Championship team who just sacked their psychopath coach and whose only win in their last 9 league games was in an arctic snowstorm. Would take more than that to convince me their slide is halted!

Quite possibly but I it does make you wonder how high the Chelsea game figured amongst their list of priorities.
