I think I started a thread at the same time as this.
To be honest I havent seen much difference in what's happened in recent weeks but that of course might be a problem in itself. I have spoken with coaches before who have said it is important to keep training fresh with different methods and routines from day to day to stop boredom developing.
I know that might seem pathetic to some given the job they do and the money they get but it sounds right to me. You cant do the same old same old every day.Add that to the fact that some players don't get a look in and others might get picked for one game and then get left out even if they played great.
Just trying to think of reasons. I will look at things tomorrow very closely aided by smythy who hopefully will be joining me.
