I'll take "ya" but Surely you could have put number 3 at the end of the title and spelled "last" and "years" properly?

Kompany, De Jong and Tevez.

Robinho, Ireland and Elano.

Agree with all of that, including the need for a title edit.

Richards - still a mystery to me. Sometimes brilliant, sometimes far from it. Looking good right now though.

Micah has been looking great for us the last few games no doubt, hope he won't pick up an injury anytime soon.

Surprised: Kompany, De Jong, Tevez (I would've put in Silva, but I wasn't surprised good.)

Disappointed: Any of our other signings at any given time over the last 4, sorry 3 years.

No, just kidding, only 90 per cent.

Surprised
Kompany - Had looked decidedly average when he first came in, best defender by a clear margin now.
Tevez - Has played better football than I thought him capable of at City.
de Jong - Looked horribly unable to do anything when he won the ball, has come along in great strides in his all around game.

Disappointed
M. Johnson - I think so much of this lad, it's hard to imagine all that potential going to waste.
Kolarov - So far disappointing, might be a bit early but when David Bentley owns you so completely for 90 minutes, there is a serious deficiency there.
Given - Not really with him, but I think he is the best keeper at the club and how he is not getting selected makes me disappointed with Mancini.

Hart must be running out of brownie points. That fiasco in Greece where he ran out of his area whilst colliding with his own player and giving away a free kick for handball had me screaming once more at the TV. Together with that constant mad rush to the edge of the box when he's got the ball, followed by..................................nothing!

Yeah, that drives me nuts too, I think he is going to quick launch a counter and then he forgets to release the ball, I think he is fucking simple tbh.

Not Good Ade,Jo and Robinho

Good Bellamy,Nigel and Vinnie

Ade for me has wonderful talent but just didn't show it often enough.Maybe that was abit down to circumstances,a bit to managers and a lot to his attitude.Jo I still cant believe how weak he can be as he does have some talent and Robinho well what can I say.
The 3 good ones we all knew were good players but they surpassed what I expected.

Bellersis the exact opposite of Adebayor to me.Not as talented but gives maximum all the time ,great team player and matchwinner. Nigel feels like a must in the team who galvanises others to play too.Great awareness and his teamplay, passing is getting better too. Vinnie is such a leader on the pitch and clearly one of the very best centre backs in the prem.

Although I'm delighted with Nige, Silva, DeJong etc I'm not surprised.

Surprises would be: Bellamy, who I really didn't want, Zabba, who I thought would be gone quite quickly & a stop gap, but keeps getting better, & Joe Hart, who I thought was gone.

Disappointments: Ade, Robinho, RSC. All top players who've contributed very little during their time at the club.

I'd have a special 'ultimate disappointment' catagory for SWP. After a fantastic start, I thought we had our Shaun back, then I figured he must be injured as he'd become so ineffective, then I realised he's mostly headless crap. What the fuck is wrong with him?

Surprises:

Robinho - Didn't think he'd get as many goals as he did in his first Premiership season playing wide left. Wish we still had him to be honest.
Adam Johnson - Didn't realise what a tricky player he was. Will be a big part of the clubs future if he learns to stop giving easy balls away.
de Jong - After his first half season I really didn't think much of him to be honest. After the World Cup it seemed like he worked on his passing game a lot more and has since been brilliant.

Disappointments:

Ireland - After THAT one season I thought he'd go on to be a world beater. Who's he playing for now??
SWP - Not the same player I used to watch growing up.
Boateng/Lescott - I thought that they were better players than they actually are before we signed them. Very disappointing so far.

Surprised and delighted:
AJ - didn't have a clue how tricky he is.
Carlos - Nobody can say they expected this much from him.
Tough choice for 3rd. Kompo, Nigel, Zabba.. All have surprised me with their development but let's say. Nigel. I was one of those who criticised him because of his passing and stuff - not anymore.

Disappointed:
Kolo - even tho he has had a good season now I expected much more from him.
Weiss - hasn't developed like I expected and hoped. time running out.
Shaun - my fav City player ever but unfortunately he has been disappointing under Mancini.
