the tevez/dzeko partnership

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Fucking hell. Another player that comes with his own set of fanboys.

I've barely recovered from Gergious Samaras bummers. Not sure I'm ready for this just yet.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

This guy seems to be your fan boy as well. He mentions you in another thread, at least. Unless you're establishing an alter ego.

Yeah, he's one of my mates. He's been a City fan for a few years, and has lurked on the site for a while. The Dzeko signing encouraged him to join.

They both cheered me up considerably, yesterday. I'm actually feeling a twinge of optimism.

cannot believe the OP! Dzeko is the first striker i've seen play with Tevez that looks like he can click! Insanity!

Must say I was rather pleased with these two, especially after Mard arse was taken off. Dzeko ball to Tevez was sublime and loved the way Dzeko ran to Tevez to say thanks for returning the favour. Keep it up lads.

Fair enough. Soz to your mate. Don't want to sound unwelcoming. We've had some knobheads in the past who were only here to wank over someone's shiny hair.

Not just baserd on Notts County game, but I've been really impressed with Dzeko's first touch - pretty impressive and appears to have ability to hold upand bring other players in to the game. Obviously hope the partnership with Tevez will blossom, but think he will also help get more out of others too, especially if our midfield can join up with the front men.
