What do you think, is it time for Blatter to go ?
I think he will have a big fight on his hands. Hammam will have the backing of Asian countries which are about 40 or 50 plus all Arab countries ( I presume every Fifa member has a vote ?).
Add to that a lot of countries who are pissed off at Blatter after the 2018 & 2022 WC decisions (England spring to mind, plus Australia and U.S).
One of his promises if elected is that he would support the introduction of goal-line technology if his bid for the top job was successful and said he would be in favour of introducing two more officials behind the goals.
Maybe the fact he's from Qatar will work against him but I think there are a lot of Blatter haters who will back him.
