I was there and I also thought he was excellent.

The decision to let play go on for the West Ham goal was a particularly good decision. A less confident or more zealous ref would've blown straight away rather than waiting to see which way the ball bounced. He definitely saw the handball too.

I don't mind praising referees, whoever they are, when they put in performances like Webb's yesterday. They get enough shit after all.
