Yep. Actually how I'd like us to build the team is to have strong core to the team, then have these upcoming stars on the frings to develop

This. He may have a couple assists to his name this season, but he's been largely ineffective when he has played. Now, he's 18 i think so he has vast possibilities of improvement, but right now he's nowhere near the required quality for our starting XI.
