Zlatan Ibrahimovic transfer to Manchester City is a no-go, says agent

The agent of AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes Manchester City are right to be chasing him.

City boss Roberto Mancini has confirmed his interest in the Swede and agent Mino Raiola has not ruled out a switch to Eastlands.

“Zlatan doesn’t just bring his technical quality, but would also bring his winning mentality to Manchester City,” agent Raiola told Radio Radio.

“The Citizens manager knows that well, as he had him at Inter. When the Swede joined the Nerazzurri, they hadn’t won anything, then you saw how things went.”

However, it seems the Swede is not seeking a move away from the San Siro.

“Ibra could bring Manchester City to the next step up in quality, but Roberto has to talk to Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani, not to me.

“I don’t think it’d be easy to take him away from Milan, especially as he doesn’t want to leave. He wants to win in Europe with the Rossoneri.

“As for Mancini, he has another two years on his contract with Manchester City and I don’t think he’ll leave for Juventus.”

It really is an awful thought, a swap of Carlos for Zlatan.

Will AC Milan caugh up the money for him ? Otherwise, if Bob really wants him so badly, there must be a chance we'll get him. I recon Marwwod will fight it though.
