Spurs fans taking "delusional" to a whole new level...

From another (neutral) football forum, posted by Spurs Fans:

The only players that would get into our team from yours are your strikers and keeper..

City didn't get 4th, we lost it.

I only responded that we might still get third... but I suppose if we do, we didn't really get it, Spurs lost it. :)
so now as every enemy circles our city
sour and sore, we swear war

To be honest they did loose 4th this season by winning 1 in their last 12 before they beat 'pool. But if you choose to look at it that way then we lost it to spurs last season... but I bet they feel like they won it don't they?:P

We are at 65 points now and that is atleast 5 points of CL qualification usually, we have not been great this season overall, but lucky for us most teams have been far worse than normally. And since we can only compare ourselves with the teams we play then we have by far been the 4th (or 3rd) best team.

For us to win someone has to lose so yeah, they lost it and we won it. If they are wondering Stoke lost the FA cup and we won it, just to get the record straight.

As did:

2 Chelsea
3 Arsenal
5 Tottenham
6 Liverpool
7 Everton
8 Fulham
9 Stoke
10 Bolton
11 West Brom
12 Newcastle
13 Aston Villa
14 Sunderland
15 Blackburn
16 Wolverhampton
17 Birmingham
18 Blackpool
19 Wigan
20 West Ham

Especially West Ham, they lost the title HARD!

That's the difference, they are negative, we are positive. glass half empty, half full stuff.
I like the thought that we won 3rd position, rather than losing first.

Totally agree, look on the bright side of life Spurs! (You'll get to play EL next season:-) Strange times when getting to the quarter finals of the CL equals a dull season for Tottenham supporters.
