How boring is life without football, especially City football. Its sure gonna be a long 2 months.
Last year we had the World Cup to fill the void and the previous summer it was the Euro. Copa America will be on in July but that's still another 4 weeks at least. Will Tevez still be a City player by then ? Oh the suspence !! Of course we'll still have Zabba to follow.

But I guess there is the pre-season at least 2 weeks before the Community Shield ? So the gap does not look so big !

Any idea what matches are lined up for the pre-season. I will be in Germany end of July and it will be great to catch City playing someone in the neighborhood around that time.

anyone know what will happen to [strike]Thomas Cook[/strike] Etihad Trophy? Usually we play that a week before the season begins but obviously we cann't do that now so will we play that just a week ewarlier?

The Premier League fixtures are released in 2 weeks time on Friday 17 June.

Would imagine City's squad will be back for pre-season around 5 or 6th July
