new ticket office website - part of OS

Oh how exciting the chance to renew my season ticket online - how modern, how exciting
oh dear, I guess I'll have to do it the traditional way - phone up, maybe get connected and actually speak to a real life human being in less than half an hour progress eh. Still at least I'm not rambling on about Scottish football
A 'No' uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a 'Yes' merely uttered to please, or worse, to avoid trouble.

The replacement for CityCard and AccessCard is coming in July 2011... exciting!
I wonder what kind of stuff they've come up with there.

Why does a club that can do so many things so well, and has such huge amounts of money, have so much trouble selling tickets online??

I believe Stoke fans could order their cup final tickets from the comfort of their own homes rather than getting up at stupic o'clock in the morning to stand in a queue for hours. If Stoke can do it why can't City??

Just used it to renew mine and my lads' season tickets. It's much improved, I liked the layout and everything was clear. Job's a good 'un

logged in and it looks really good and easy to use.

Unfortunatly I can't renew mine on there as there is no option to choose when paying via Zebra season ticket loan, so going to have to phone.

Looks like a 'real' ticketing website now with decent functionality though

Does anyone know if it is cheaper to go down in person and pay instead of doing it online? Is there a booking fee I can avoid?

There's definitely not a booking fee if you do it online and it's the same amount as doing it in person

last year I waited until the zebra loan details had been approved and then just phoned customer services. I gave them card details and they put me on the cup scheme - i assume i'll be able to do the same again this year.
