out for breakfast with my 18 month old son and my parents this morning....

grandma pulls a bib from her bag, it's a city one with the club badge on it. show it to my little lad and ask him if he knows what it is..... to my amazement, he threw up his arms and shouted city! a very proud moment!

this kinda stuff was cute when City were shit, now it's just...meh. Every kid born will love City eventually, you don't even have to try and push it anymore. What other club is there to support? Barca maybe. Real Madrid possibly. AC Milan has a shot i guess. Still, they'll all come to love City eventually. I like getting them to surrender early, but it was harder work in the old days. Sigh.

Nice one mate. My lads first words were:

Dad, get the fucking Stella in!

Took me back a bit.

My 2 and a half year old shouts "City playing, daddy" whenever anyone is playing on the television.

The first thing we mastered was...

Me :- "What do we say for City"

Her :- "Yayyyyyyyy"

Me :- "What do we say for U*D"

Her "Booooooooooo"

Pretty much started the "training" around 3 months old now shes a proper chatterbox we have quite a few players names in the mix as well!
Hark now hear, The City sing, United ran away, And we will fight for ever more, Because of Derby day.
