Help!!!!

Postby HeyMark » Sat Aug 13, 2011 8:49 pm

My tickets for the Swansea game haven't arrived and I leave first thing monday morning so will miss the post. If I phone the ticket office tomorrow and explain the situation will they arrange for me to pick up tickets on the day?

And my second problem which is a bit stupider;

I'm sitting in East Level 3 for the game, never sat up there before. Do I get up to level 3 through the walkways?

To answer your first question, you should be able to pick up your tickets from the ground, I have done it in the past.

Second question, yes you do go up the spiral walkways.

Have a good trip

Just phoned up mate and they did the same thing to me.

'From Ireland? Oh we just left them in collections, pick them up tomorrow'

Could have had the decency to let fans outside England to know

That's fucking disgraceful. They didn't even tell you?!! Complain to the club. No way should fans or even 'customers' be treated like that in any transaction.

Glad you see my way of thinking Ted! I'll take this to the top!! Sheik.mansour@mcfc.co.uk will be getting a strongly worded e-mail!!

But seriously, a line in the statement they released earlier in the week would have been nice.

If you order tickets they should be sent to you or you should be informed where to collect them. Anything else is piss poor.

Make sure you get to the stadium early - I'd recommend at least an hour before the game, maybe 90 minutes. There's a big a queue at the best of times and with it being the first game/ night match etc I imagine the issues will be twofold.

Also make sure you know exactly where you're going. On three consecutive occasions I've had to go to the main office, then the offices at the back of the NS then finally to this random portacabin situated somewhere between the two to collect tickets.

I've had countless issues with tickets, some were good, like the two occasions transactions for games went though at 1p (I told the club and they weren't bothered reclaiming the £s) but most are obviously bad.

Enjoy mate !

Most people don't like East Level 3 mate, but we do. Just like the old upper Kippax for the view, but even higher. And we do shout too if anybody asks!

All the shouting and singing may be down the bottom, but half the time you dont know what the fuck is happening!

not meaning to split hairs....but neither of you are in "Ireland" in postal service terms are you? Surely you're both in the UK being in Belfast so you shouldn't be treated as being "overseas"?!?

Had a similar problem in April, my Citycards got lost/arrived late via the post.

They had an extra tent for this near the Stage on Citysquare where they sorted the problem out with the confirmation e-mail without any problems within a minute or so.
To be fair they were really friendly and I expected more dificulitys to do this.
