Every so often a football team produces an advert that boggles the mind and even though Getafe’s latest effort is in Spanish, not much explanation is necessary.
Just make sure you don’t open this video at work!
The Madrid-based minnows have released this new video viral in order to attract more season ticket holders. Initially, the advert informs us that ”There’s a problem: there aren’t many of us.”
Then we are offered the solution – our man’s private area followed by a DVD titled “Zombies Calientes de Getafe” (Getafe’s hot zombies).
After watching the 1970s-style film of Getafe sex-mad zombies we see plenty of supporters of the La Liga club line up to create more fans to fill the Coliseum.
And then, finally a new-born Getafe zombie.
Angel Torres, the film’s producer, said: “If the campaign is successful, we’ll have to build a bigger stadium.”

Getafe are the same club that have the Burger King guy on the inside of their shirts. Very, very strange.
