Just after the Tottenham game, City was the best club in the world, Mancini was genious, and Dzeko was god himself, and now after one draw, this all sucks. Also the offense has been attacking in most of the posts here, didn't we score two goals, what happened then? We get two in and all blame is on Dzeko, who's crap NOW. Well done "fans"!

Stommy mate, I agree with you in terms of the opening line.

But this is a CITY forum not the Edin Dzeko appreciation society. I like Edin and don't think he had a bad game yesterday (no worse than some others anyway) but there is no need for you/PALUS and the others who love Edin to jump to his defence all the time. You like him, we get it....you disagree with any criticism of him, we get that.

If you don't like "City fans" I'd recommend that you don't post here as you'll certainly hear Edin get some stick at times from us....just like all the other players do (see the comments re Player of the Year Kompany at the moment for an example of how no-one is exempt).

First of all under "fans" I didn't mean City fans, I meant this kind of fan who changes his mind every 5 secs. Second: I'm not PALUS. Yes we are from the same country, and our favourite player is Edin but most of my few posts aren't about him at all.
Third: I'm not ashame for my defending of Edin, cause I would defend anyone who plays well, tries hard and then undeserverdly gets shite comments.
I'll continue to post here if you like it or not, not as a Dzeko fan but as a City fan.
Cheers bro...

Johnny my friend, you've got it spot on. After Fulham scored I thought we should of slowed the tempo, kept possession and tried to dampen their enthusiasm. Instead we panicked when pressed, gave the ball up and they were able to keep their momentum. Late in the game when we wrestled back control we didn't have the know how to conjure up a winner.

It's disappointing because it shows we still aren't the finished article.
