Absolutely, I was privileged to see Colin Bell play, Meredith was a bit before my time though.

For me a legend is someone who has an affinity with the club has had cult status or has made a great impact.

Dickov isn't a city legend IMHO, yes he scored that goal, but what else did he do? He will be a part of pur history, but not a lege, that takes something more

I reckon he gets legend status just for that goal. Just think where we would be if he hadn't. He literally changed the fate of our club with one kick.

Dickov, like Weaver definitely fall in to the cult category for that day, legendaryism (I like that KK) is, others have said much more to do with longevity as contribution. Currently only Micah is nearing it. SWP imo got very close, but sadly wasn't to be :( he too will go into cult category, if for nothing else his goal in the derby.
