It would be spooky hilarious if we meet the rags in every comp this season, including CL.

Excellent. Big ground, full house, on telly so I can watch it, do them over, get to the semi. Piece of piss.

Even funnier if we batter them every time.

Not a good draw. Wenger is taking the League Cup seriously this season in an attempt to get the no trophies for x years monkey off his back. Remember too how we gave them a humping a couple of years ago at the same stage.

By the time that game comes around, we should know whether we have a chance of getting through the Chump's Lg or not. If we're still in it, then the Arsenal game falls in the middle of Napoli A, Liverpool A, (Arsenal A C cup), Norwich H, Bayern Munich H, Chelsea A, Arsenal H.

It's simply not worth risking injuries to our best players if we're still in the Chump's Lg. The rags once again have been handed a fucking huge advantage, to go with their CL advantage & their PL fixture advantage post CL games. If we beat Arsenal, we then have to play our strongest team in the semis, so imo, we just send out whoever v Arsenal & see what happens.

As strong a sequence of games as you'll see and which game am I in Manchester for? The Norwich one.

Agree with letting the CC fall away as well - Champions League and the Premiership have to take priority.

It's always been a fix lets face it?

But i'm looking forward to this to be fair, look at the form we've been in away from home?! 25 goals in 6 away games (excluding champs league) if we can keep that going against QPR, take it to dippers and we should be perfectly set up for arsenal away.

How can anyone not be arsed? We've won one trophy in 35 years, we're not at the stage where we can discount any competitions, especially one we could easily win.

Winning breeds confidence, momentum and means there is more football to go round. Strongest team please.

The Rags v Palace. Absolutely no way did I call that before it happened. No way. Not a chance they get the easy draw. Never happens.

Fucking fix.

Going for the title given the start we have made should be the priority. The squad won't be at it's best imo until later on in the season, which given that we have stormed the start means we are in with a major shout for the title. CL can take a running jump for all I care and the domestic cups if it comes to juggling injuries and suspensions. Outside that reserve for the Prem we should go for it as much as possible though. Thats my take anyhow.
