I actually feel for the lad as i dont think he is a CB his national team play him at RB and i think that is where he is better suited.He made a couple of rash challenges tonight one that led to the pen but other than that he really did not have much to do.And his pen challenge could have been any of the back 4 as we were under the cosh at the time.

He was bought to be a CB as a part of out aim to have 2 players for every position in the squad.We don't really need a 3rd choice RB.
How many Premiership teams would he start for ?
He may one day develop into a half decent player, but I doubt it.

Funny that....not so long ago on here people were saying the same about MIcah. Savic wasn't bought for this season, he was bought to develop into the role over a period of time. He only came in out of necessity and if Kompany hadn't been banned, he would have been in the stand watching.

I don't know if Savic will ever make it as a City player but I have seen enough football to know that ripping his arse apart because he was unable to do what he wasn't expected to do in the 1st place...is just not right.
