I thought Garrido was shit but I would take Garrido anyday over Kolarov, at least Garrido gave it simple when a pass was on! Kolarov is absolutely waaaaannnnk... I have no Idea how he made it as a player! We must have done our Sven routine of looking at his best bits on YouTube before we bought him! Terrible terrible signing!!!!!!

The only very bad mistake from Bobby Manc at City is signing Kolarov from Lazio. All the best to him in the next future but possibly far from Eastlands: as Depeche sang once upon a time in the Eighties ... IT'S NO GOOD!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

I've tried to support Kolarov . I'm reluctant to criticise our players and I usually don't understand why people criticise left footers for being so one footed. Right footers on our team are also so one footed. However, I have lost my patience with Alex, he simply doesn't contribute much to the game. He is not good enough as a defender and his crosses , corners and free kicks are very much hit and miss. I hope we have some good youngsters coming through because good defenders are few and far between at the moment, especially left backs.

He is used as over rated back up to keep Clichy fit. If we keep playing him in cup games and Europe we won't win any of those competitions.

Kolarov is pretty shite defensively but as he showed against United and Liverpool he has the ability to produce a piece of magic out of absolutely nothing. That cross last night was honestly one of the best I've ever seen.

i was always amused that he could always come off the pitch with his creases still in tact and never had to dump em in the laundry basket lol

AK has no idea about marking space and spotting danger before it happens. Sometimes even after it happens!

one good cross or free kick in each game is too much of a luxury. Clichy is the best left back I've seen on colour tv in a City shirt. I understand we need him for crucial league games but he doesn't strike me as a player who needs rest.

His persistence with shit throwins to our centre back rather than in-field or down the line is also a piss take.

I love City (as we all do) but I get so frustrated when I hear he is playing. Even some of those Arab special forces dudes around the directors box with shades and 'pieces' have probably said how shit he is. Why can't one of the management team take some action?

I actually like kolarov... I seem to be the only one though. His free kicks are worth 10 million alone.

He has had some shit moments but he's not nearly as bad as you all are making him out to be.

Certainly offers more than the majority of left backs in the league.

The worst thing about Kolarov last night for me, was when he did a complete disappearing act (particularly in the first half). Savic was having a nightmare but was at least continuing to have a go again each time, whereas Kolarov was hiding on the touchline.

That cross at the end was ridiculous as well - if anyone had tried to attack it they would have lost their head.

He is one the most brain dead footballers I have ever seen. He came on in the first game against Liverpool and was there best defender taking fooking stupid shots from stupid angles and putting the ball in the stands. Bobby must have done his nut and then on Wednesday we are chasing the game and he shoots on the volley from the by line. I nearly volleyed my TV when he did that, can a footballer really be so stupid?

Imo somebody who does that, at that stage, is either a Mario style nutter who thinks he is good enough to put it in the top corner, or someone who doesn't really give a shit. Kolarov is in the 2nd catagory imo. I recon Bob will get rid at the end of the season & he pretty much knows it.
