Depends on which ref you get ,who you are playing and how strongly they appeal/perusade the ref at the time and which team you play for.

I've only seen a still image of the Konchesky tackle. Looks very reckless. Been trying to find a video clip of both that one and the Cabaye incident, but no luck so far. Would be all over the internet if it were city players who'd done it.
