Porto Thrusday day time drinks

any one goin porto on thrusday if so where is everyone meeting for a few drinks or more . will be in porto from 11 ish and i think i might need a few beers . have heard different reveiews about Ryans irish bar cant bloody wait for this game as 1 st time away in europe with city . My lad (15 ) still dont no he comin with me yet

Porto is a bit of a diffucult one for drinking places mate. no where near as good as Lisbon.

Going over tomorrow for six days (plan on doing some work whilst I'm there) but will base myself in Braga about a 30-40 minute drive from the stadium. Not ben to the stadium in Braga before and it is widely regarded as a fantastic arena, as is Portos, and will go and see Braga versus Besiktas tomorrow night so really looking forward to that.

Going back to Porto, there are quite a lot of bars in the old Port and along the waterfront, some of the better ones are on the south side of the river though away from the main part of the city.

Hope you and the lad enjoy the experience and obviously hoping for a City win, but it won;t be easy though.

Think my days of sending post match reports are over mate, don't seem to be able to stay up till 5 in the morning typing 400 page monologs LOl. Anyway noticed that Spiv has muscled his way in on the scene, so will gladly leave all to him.

Still ghost through now and then but have a bit of time on my hands tonight as excited about travelling tomorrow still get excited where city are concerned. but the missus isn't best pleased with me going bearing in mind the date. Heyho.
