As for not blaming the manager for a poor performance - if an Orchestra is playing out of time you blame the conductor.
It depends on what Abramovic had in mind when he brought in AVB. If it was to win stuff this season, then yes; he's fucked. If however, it was to oversee the removal of JT, Lampard etc & start to build a new team, then he could still be around next season.
Ferguson had exactly the same problems when he got rid of McGrath, Whiteside etc, from both fans & media. He had to watch McGrath turning in MOTM performances for Villa & had the same media people who now suck his cock, telling everyone what a clown he was.
