Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

After all we're in the run of easy games and they are meant to be dropping points however they don't seem to be following the script

There run in except for their trip to the Etihad could not be easier:

West Brom (h)
Wolves (a)
Fulham (h)
Blackburn (a)
QPR (h)
Wigan (a)
Villa (h)
Everton (h)
Swansea (h)
Sunderland (a)

Is it me or could it not be any easier?!

I really think we need to be more than two ahead after next weekend. I also fancied Norwich to get summat from yesterday. We will have to beat them at ours I suspect. It's difficult to see them dropping many points apart from City and Spurs away.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

Thay do but it always seems teams roll over for them or thay have an off day or best players are banned or injerd .

Don't think that's really the case.

scum 2-3 Blackburn.
City 3-0 Blackburn.

Who,s rolling over for who.

We are a far better team, we've hit form at the right time, we have a two point lead, a far superior goal difference and we still have them at our place. If we don't win it, it will be down to City, not the scum, or anyone else.
Have a bit of faith.

I can see them dropping 2 games and getting 3 draws.

If we use last season's results to project the final 12 fixtures, we finish with 88 points and win the league by 4 points. This includes drawing at home to QPR, losing away to Wolves, away draws at Stoke and Arsenal, and drawing at home v. Rags.

We took 25 points from these 12 fixtures last season, and if we improve on that haul we will be very difficult to catch.
"Certainly our programme is a full one, but as a player and as a manager I've always felt that there is only one way to go into a season...and that's to try to win every game.... While we are in four major competitions we shall try to win four major competitions." - Joe Mercer

i just wish Slim was back to assault the OP for the grammar disastrophy he's unleashed.

The softer, gentler mcf.net is really lacking an enforcer. It's like the NHL with these new post-lockout rules. Everyone just wants to score, and no one wants to get punched in the face. Sad.

I miss Slim :(
I miss him telling people off.
I miss him showing us pictures of his pad.
I miss him going light blue, then green, then light blue again.
I miss his advice on right clicking a WAG picture to find her name in the web address.
I just miss him.
