The fact that I get the "Rufus Smalls" joke is pretty sad.

You know what, just like Smalls, I think he will eventually get back to scoring form. Some people would call me crazy for saying this but I'd take a punt. 20m could do it right now. I think he needs change of scenery and when he hits the form again, he could be as deadly as ever.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

I'd take him too.

Class player, unplayable on his day bit needs a new start. I also think he'd be far more suited to our style of play than Dzeko.

As for a swap with herman, can't have that. he needs to go abroad for me.

Although not scoring his all around play has been great for a few months now.lm happy for him that he is showing he can play again.Have a feeling he will grab a few goals before the season is out.

I would have agreed with that until I saw him v City.

The phantom ' work rate ' with which everbody of the Ray Wilkins ilk was crediting him, only happened when he felt like it. Sure, when the ball happened to coincide with his position, he showed some nice touches (and pathetic dives). His overall performance had the same half arsed nature as the worst of Dzeko on a bad day.

I was watching him closely off the ball, & there were many occasions when it was obvious that the Chelsea defence were going to attempt a clearence, & to which area the ball would be going. Two City defenders would jog into that area & collect the ball unchallenged whilst Torres stood scratching his arse. I was discussing with a mate how, if he was wearing a City shirt, we would feel like going on the pitch & kicking his head in. For someone supposedly trying to prove a point, it was appalling.

I do think he may get back his scoring touch at another club, but please not at ours.

Yeah, but you know he used to be one of the most hard working front men around giving constant movement up front and dropping to midfield to give options etc. So I know he isn't lazy player as such. I think he is just lacking confidence and probably doesn't feel a home in Chelsea.

Oh, and we'd have enough Spanish speakers to make him feel welcome.

Great player, good work rate, always closing down defenders.

I'd also swap him for Tevez or Dzeko.

Ridiculous post.

Tevez can score 30 goals a season. He will probably out score Torres this season with the few cameo's he will make in the remaining 7 games. Dzeko has scored more this season than Torres has scored since being at Chelsea. Tevez has to leave England, dzeko has a decent return considering he doesn't start every game.

Torres is absolute GASH.
