Millwall. Providing cover for dicks and arses.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Ha. Though amusing, a little harsh on one of the most world renowned companies in the world haha

Weekday job. Fulham. Does what it does and does it pretty well without being world class, but not crap either.

Weekend job. Arsenal. Always shifting on the good staff and keeping the inexperienced. Always spending but never buying the right thing.

oddly, i was going to choose West Ham -- somewhat cool back in the day, then a total trainwreck in terms of style and fashion, and now...perhaps a chance with a shout to regain glory?

But, with Fat Sam running the show the end part just didn't make a lot of sense. Has anyone seen them much this season? is it a typical Fat Sam job or is he actually doing something more interesting down a level?

Walmai, update please.

cheers

Good post Doomie. Never thought of the company I work for in football terms !
Funnily enough, my company is a bit like City in its current reincarnation. 3-4 years ago we were in dire straits with high debt and management revolving door and the possibility of a hostile take over was looming over our heads.
But 2 years ago with a new manager (CEO) in, things were turned around and we are now back in a healthy position and are actually buying new and expensive players (companies).
Arguably we are now in the top 4 in our field. So very City-ish, I would say !
